May Ling Lai is a seasoned executive coach, career strategist, and business development advisor with over 16 years of Wall Street experience. A former senior professional at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, she managed a large equity short portfolio for a New York-based hedge fund before becoming a founding partner of the Kiski Group—a boutique financial services firm specializing in Asset Management, Risk, and Consulting Services.

At Kiski, May Ling led the Analytics department and later founded and directed the Innovations Consulting division, partnering with C-suite executives at premier asset management firms to architect strategic solutions for complex, high-stakes initiatives.

Lisa is an executive communication coach, voice strategist, and professor at the School of Visual Arts (SVA)who partners with international founders, C-suite executives, and high-potential professionals to engineer clarity, presence, and influence. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with specialized expertise in executive communication, voice development, accent modification, and startup/scale-up positioning, she brings a strategic, evidence-based approach to transforming how leaders show up and are perceived.
