She serves as the advisor and coach for many U.S. and international companies. She is also engaged in many education institutions' teacher training program as the program developer or trainer. 

Awarded as the top 10 digital instructional designers, Serene has taught at Columbia and New York Universities. Each of her online live-streaming courses has more than 20 thousand students participating at the same time, and her teaching videos have over 20 million views.

May Ling Lai has over 16 years of experience as a former Wall Street professional. She began her career at two of the top investment banks: Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. She later managed a large equity short portfolio for a New York Based Hedge Fund.  Ultimately, she was a founding partner of the Kiski Group, a boutique financial services firm that offered Asset Management, Risk, and Consulting Services. At Kiski, she at first lead the Analytic department and later created and ran the Innovations Consulting Business to help large asset managers with speciality projects.

After spending years in R&D in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry as an associate scientist, I realized that the scientists that I worked with are eternal optimists - always believing that the prevention of, alleviation of, and cures to human diseases are out there and they have dedicated their careers to finding them. So, I decided a way to give back is to empower scientists with resources to develop stronger leadership and communication skills.

I have since transitioned into the world of Learning & Development. My focus is on Leadership Development in the Biotech & Pharma space.

Having had the opportunity to create L&D programs to increase employee engagement, innovation, and collaboration, I just found that I wanted to do more.

He has years of experience of applying the acting and storytelling skill into the corporate training. Sue Yang is an excellent consultant, management product developer and entrepreneur. She has served nearly 100 small and medium-sized private enterprises, the industries including education, real estate, finance and logistics. Knowing the management problems of private enterprises, she designed the management mechanism to help enterprises achieve profit growth and efficiency optimization.
